OMB staff is here to provide the best possible service to our clients. We want to provide a positive experience for each client and to do so we must require a few steps if appointments should be cancelled.

Cancellations

We understand that special circumstances are unavoidable and a cancellation may be necessary. If you find yourself unable to keep an appointment please cancel at least two hours prior via square or call/text the barbershop.

No Shows

Failure to completely show up for a scheduled appointment without cancelling ahead of your actual appointment time may result in a cancellation fee of 50-100% of your service.

To insure optimum service, we recommend you arrive five to ten minutes prior to your appointment time. If you arrive later than 10 minutes after your schedule time your service may modified or rescheduled.
